The Enrich program works with young people aged 12 -25 years who are experiencing, or who are at risk of experiencing, mental health issues such as:
- early psychosis
- eating disorders
- personality disordered behaviours
- deliberate self-harm
- thoughts of suicide.
The program assists young people and their families to navigate the mental health system and offers home-based appointments to help with initial engagement and assessment especially for those who are experiencing difficulties in connecting with clinical based therapies. Care is coordinated to help manage initial treatment with the view to engaging in appropriate long term care if needed.
Funded by North West Melbourne Primary Health Network, this service is available to those who live in Romsey, Macedon, Mount Macedon, Lancefield, Riddells Creek, Gisborne, Bolinda, Heskett and Clarkfield.
