Cobaw Community Health (Cobaw) is excited to be progressing the new Healthy Community Access Hub in Kyneton, Victoria.

The new facility will provide a purpose built centre for accessing a range of health and community services. The building will enable an increased range of services for everyone and bring together services such as:
  • Physiotherapy
  • Occupational therapy
  • Dietetics
  • Speech pathology
  • Counselling
  • Housing support, and
  • Family services.
The Healthy Community Access Hub is due to be completed by May 2020 and will also have some visiting and co-located services. Cobaw’s agency for Centrelink and Medicare will also move into the new site.

The $9.77m project is funded by the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services Regional Health Infrastructure Fund, and represents a significant investment in community health infrastructure for people living in central Victoria.
