Parents Empowering Rainbow Kids (PERK)

Are you the parent of a young person who identifies as LGBTIQA+? Would you like to connect with other parents in the Macedon Ranges and neighbouring shires?  Our next parent catch up is on Wednesday 27 November at the Victoria Hotel, 67 High Street Woodend from 5.30pm - 7.00pm. The aim of PERK is to connect, share, and provide support and information for parents and carers of LGBTIQA+young people in a safe and supportive environment. New LGBTIQ+ group

Cobaw's new Country LGBTIQ+ Inclusion Program (CLIP), is encouraging LGBTIQ+ adults to get together for a cuppa and chat on a monthly basis.  Meeting on the third Thursday of every month, 'Social@' will offer a regular opportunity for members of the LGBTIQ+ community across the Macedon Ranges to get together and connect. Children’s Week 2019: Sensory Play Day

Children’s Week gives an opportunity for the community to focus on the health and wellbeing of children. This year the national theme is 'Children have the right to good quality health care, clean water, nutritious food and a clean environment so that they will stay healthy’. Annual General Meeting

Free Dance Classes: ‘1 Billion Rising’

The Macedon Ranges Family Violence Network invites you to some free dance workshops as part of the annual 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence. Recognised globally, the 16 Days of Activism runs from 25 November 2019 to 10 December 2019, beginning on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. Invitation to dementia community forum

Homelessness Week 2019
